We are deeply committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of our partner Institutions, administrators, students, parents, and guardians ("Users" or "you"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, secured, and shared when you use our website, payment links, and services.

• Facilitating seamless fee collection and routing payments directly to the institution's bank accounts.
• Generating and dispatching automated WhatsApp and SMS payment reminders, fee alerts, and instant digital receipts.
• Providing institutions with real-time dashboards, financial reporting, and one-click accounting/Tally export ledgers.
• Preventing unauthorized transactions, managing payment disputes, and fulfilling regulatory requirements under applicable Indian laws.
• Offering responsive customer and technical support via WhatsApp, email, and phone.

4. Payment Processing & Third-Party Partners

To enable secure digital transactions, our platform integrates with authorized payment partners including Paytm, PhonePe, Zoho Payments, and BillDesk.

When a payer completes a transaction, the payment data is processed through end-to-end encrypted protocols adhering to PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliance directly on the payment partner's secure systems. We do not sell, rent, or lease any personal or institutional data to advertisers or third-party marketers.

Transaction and receipt data are retained as required by financial, taxation, and auditing laws applicable in India (typically up to 7-8 fiscal years). Student and parent contact details can be updated or removed upon formal request from the partnering institution administrator.

Institutions and payers have the right to request clarification on stored data, rectify inaccuracies in fee records, and request transaction history statements. For any changes to student records, payers are advised to contact their respective institution office.
